I received your response. In 2019, we were told by your company that our unit was not registered when we found that the unit flooded our floor. Our house was built in 2012. Our builder used Bobby Hyatt Heating & Air to install our unit. I don’t know who worked there at that time, but that is the information we received. I don’t appreciate being called a liar. So, no, my statements are not inaccurate & the reason you don’t see our information in your records is that you or others obviously deleted our information once you realized you didn’t register our unit! This is on you!!! A 7 year unit with no warranty! I would give a 0 if I could! They failed to register my new heat pump when my house was built. My system failed 7 yrs after my house was built, so since it was not registe

Not only did they come out the same day I called but they pulled strings to get the pipe leaking sewage into our basement fixed ASAP.
