Both were very explanative on every step of their process, and very respectful and courteous. I appreciate the quick response to my home-less than 3 hours from my call to schedule service. These 2 young men represented your company very well, and the office reps were also courteous and explanative on what to expect when I called. Purchased a new HCAV in April 2020 and have had nothing but problems with it. Tech wired it backwards and the emergency heat was regular heat. Through the roof electrical bill until we contacted our electric company for them to tell us the unit has been running on emergency heat for months. Had the Techs come back out to “fix” the problem. They have blamed us for messing with it even though we hadn’t touched it. Tried to charge us $200 for the visit even though they were only here for 30 minutes of work and we are still to this day having issues with this unit. The outside unit refuses to come on which over works the inside unit and runs the electrical bill up. Called them about a pool of water that happened in my kitchen, they came originally. found a tiny leak and fixed it. no problem. however a few days later i had another pool of water so obviously the problem wasn't really fixed. I called them and they came back out. They said they were trying a minor fix and to call them again if it happens again, and if the minor fix didn't work they would have to do something more major. well, the minor fix didn't work so i called them again. the receptionist said she would get them to come back. well i waited two days and they never came. called them again. she said they'd come the next day. they never came. called again. she promised they'd come the next day at 4pm. ok. got a call at 4:15pm saying they weren't going to make it. they had an emergency. sh

My husband has called on them several times for HVAC maintenance/repair. They never show up on time, and we typically have to contact them to see if and when they are coming. They were scheduled to be at my home this morning between 9:30 and 10:30. 15 minutes after 10:00, my husband had to text Bobby. After responding, my husband was informed that their first job took longer than anticipated and would still be coming out to replace our unit. At 11:27am my husband received a text saying they were loading up and heading out to our house. Our house is a maximum of 20 minutes from the location of their previous job.
