Absolutely the best Customer Service and efficiency. Shanequa spent time with me on the phone and in the showroom to help me find the perfect washing machine for my budget and needs. John was also extremely helpful in making my final decision, organizing the purchase and delivery. I showed up at the showroom at 2 PM, with expert help had chosen and paid for my appliance within 45 minutes and the washer was delivered as promised the next day by noon. What wonderful and pleasant service!!

Purchased 3 appliances from Bobby Teague about 12-1/2 years ago and remembered having a very satisfactory experience so, when the washing machine we bought back then finally broke down, this seemed to be the logical place to go. Happily I can report as great a service as we got back then! Upon entry we were immediately greeted. They do require customers to wear a face covering as mentioned in another review and we entered wearing ours (I think this is actually a good policy). Assistance was offered and we said we wanted to look around. This is our second refrigerator purchase from Bobby Teague Appliances. The first one was about 13 years ago. In all transparency it started out a little rough because I called in the morning to see if they had any refrigerators available of a specific color, since there were a lot of places out of the ones I liked. I was told that the sales person would call me back and after a couple of hours I called again and still no sales person. The whole day I didn't receive a call so I decided to go to the store instead. When I got there they were nice and helped me out. I liked one of the models they had and it turned out they had a brand new one available for purchase. It was decently priced so we purchased it. I was able to pick it up the next day and everything went smoothly.

I have a 9 month old, and was calling around for information before I went into the store to buy and finance a washing machine. I just wanted to give 5 stars because I called and the customer service representative was stellar! The prices he gave me were competitive, and so was the price for their extended manufacturers warranty they offer. He answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently, and even after discovering the financing may not be what I was specifically hoping for - he was courteous and polite to the end. Thank you for making me feel important and worth your time! I am still considering buying here, just because of their excellence in customer service.
