I can't say enough good about this place. I've rented from them for years but just bought a CT 2025 tractor from them. Lance was my salesman, he was patient and answered all my questions. He dropped my tractor off less then a week after I ordered it. I'd definitely recommend him if anyone is thinking of purchasing a machine.

Sales and parts are great. Field service has always been an issue. Bought T740 with the deluxe package earlier this year machine only had 12 hours when bought and Have had nothing but problems with unit since I’ve bought it, with couplers blowing seals even when used on new attachments, start relay went out at 50 hours, a roller breaking bolts foot throttle that doesn’t return to idle without using your foot to pull it up, to the service tech striping bolts off and leaving them like that.Called Dispatch Monday August 11th 2025 to do the 300hour service and work on the throttle said he’d have a guy out Wednesday first thing, 11:30 rolls around no call no show said he got tied up. Which is ironic considering I should have be first on the schedule that day, said he’d get with me later whe

I rented a tx1000 dingo from bobcat enterprises the guys at the rental counter were great to deal with and the equipment was in like new condition. Their rental rates for this machine were reasonable I would definitely recommend This mini skid steer loader for anyone looking. The controls for this model were extremely easy to use.

Bobcat Enterprises of Louisville has been our dealer for app. 28 years. From Field Service to the Sales Team, they're top notch. Bobcat itself is a great brand, but it's the care and integrity of the people at the dealer, that truly makes them shine. There's almost always a machine out there; but at what cost? You can't put a price on people who strive to meet your needs. If I could give 10 stars I would. Not because things are always perfect, it's because at every level, they strive to keep us operational, and succeeding at helping others. They've earned our trust time after time.

Four machines in five years. Sales and parts great. Field service has always been an issue. Bought T76 platinum last year for $100k plus. Have had a bucket angle sensor code since day one. Unit has been down now for a week (won’t start) Was told by tech they would try to be here last week Thursday/Friday but then Friday said he got tied up. I get it. Texted Monday and asked about eta and was told to contact dispatch. I called and talked with Todd and was told I would be lucky if they make it out by next week for this reason and that reason. Honestly not my problem. The best news they offered me a rental until with 30% off instead of bringing a loyal brand customer even an old used unit to use.
