Paul in the service department is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond each time I have worked with him. The gentleman in the parts department was very helpful and knowledgeable. Dakota the service technician definitely knows his job very well, he is very particular on how things get done correctly. I’d definitely recommend anyone needing anything Bobcat related to contact them. A+

Brand new T870. 6 times in the shop. Refused to ever give us a machine to get us by till repairs were complete Quick-tach has already worn through @140 hours Paint is almost completely missing from the booms. Machine sees no tear downs/or dirt work. Strictly moves houses Rust all over cab forming 2sp function doesn't work. It dogs the machine out and stalls it Machine can't handle the high capacity bucket supplied. Doug refused to refund us the 15K we paid for the remote. Promised it would be in within a month. Here we are 6 months later and no remote. Told us we need to learn to run equipment. That the machine can't be left out. That it'll never be right to just trade It for a Tak. Finally got the attorney general involved to get the refund on our remote. They still tried to short

Very friendly people to deal with. I’m in the facility and on the phone with these folks nearly every day for something, I sell used construction equipment and get OEM parts there. Fantasy techs in place who know the equipment well. Parts and service are always on point.
