This floor was a SERIOUS UPGRADE to our condo! We had stopped in to see Ryan, who took his time with us as we made this decision. At first we thought we wanted carpet, but after thinking about it went with Mohawk Luxury Vinyl Plank - Yakima throughout. The install team worked diligently - protected our furniture and belongings - were very clean and tidy as they demo-ed the existing carpet and original to '84 tile floor. In two days they only took a 1 hr break! And you can see the beautiful results. We also had new baseboard installed, which sets the floor off beautifully. Our salesman, Ryan, delivered top notch customer service, even stopping by to check on the job after install. Bob’s Carpet & Flooring just opened in Oldsmar. They were the fifth place I stopped at and wish it would’ve been my first. Ryan Cosme (my sales person) was very consultative and went above and beyond during the entire process. From the second I walked in until two weeks after the install. He is just PHENOMENAL at what he does. The installers were AMAZING! Very trustworthy, and fast. They did a wonderful job and did the entire second story in less than two days. They even came back twice after the install to modify a couple things I wasn’t happy with. Now I’m ECSTATIC! From start to finish I was extremely satisfied with the customer service and outcome of our new carpet installation. The carpets turned out great and I cannot say enough great things about Rene, who helped coordinate everything. She was wonderful to work with and always quick to respond when I had questions. Highly recommend!

I walked into Bob’s Carpet with little to no knowledge about flooring, and Ryan went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and informed. He provided outstanding customer service, patiently answering all my questions without ever making me feel rushed or pressured, even though I didn’t make a purchase that day.
