Lenny was very personable and helpful. We did not feel pressured to buy nor did we feel that there was an effort to up-sell or bait and switch. Lenny was very upfront and honest and made a major effort to help us find not only the right flooring but the best value. The materials are high quality and the installers that were contracted were professional and did a great job. I would highly recommend Bob’s to anyone who is remodeling or for new construction.

The installers from Bob's carpet and flooring in spring hill, Florida were wonderful. They were friendly, neat and very competent. My flooring in 3 rooms plus a bath are beautiful!! We couldn't have been happier with the install.

Great carpet store. Had new carpet made for the boat. Their prices were fair and the service was impeccable. Danny did a fantastic job cutting and binding the carpet from my patterns. Very pleased with the results.

So disappointed! We just had Luxury Vinyl installed in our kitchen, laundry and nook area. I love the flooring (although the installer could've done a better job spacing the pattern out), but the quarter round is atrocious. We have cherry cabinets, and the quarter round is oak. Not even close! I contacted the store...and they really weren't very helpful. We told them we planned to stain the quarter round, but didn't have a nail gun to reinstall it. We asked if they'd be willing to come back and at least reinstall it. They weren't really enthusiastic about it, but were willing. After taking it off, we find out it can't be stained because it's a laminate and not real wood. We ended up going to Lowe's to purchase NEW quarter round and while there called and spoke to our salesman to f
