Ask for Dean, you’ll get great, professional and friendly service. They tore out two 40 year old carpets and put in modern flooring. It feels like a new house. The installation team were punctual, friendly and fast. Cannot recommend enough. Wonderful experience from start to finish.

We stopped in and needed some wood floors to be installed quickly. We worked with Dean and he was so accommodating, professional, helpful, and diligent. After our first meeting he kept touching base with us, including after hours, just to help make sure our tight deadline was reached. The installation crew was also easy to work with and prompt. We had a perfect experience. Dean was helpful in the store and came to our home to measure the next day. We were kept informed as to the timing of the product delivery and Dean worked closely with me to arrange a date for installation. The team arrived on time and were quick, clean, and got the job done. My floors are beautiful and we will use Bob's for our next project.

We went into Bob's Carpet and were greeted by Dean. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional; he came to the house to do the measurements and helped us select the best wood laminate for our floors. He kept us up to date on when the product would be available so we could schedule installation in advance. The installers (4 of them) were all hard-working and courteous, and paid attention to details. You won't get this type of service, or product quality from a big box shop. We highly recommend Bob's Carpet & Flooring to anyone who wants personal service from knowledgeable people who are there to work with you.
