Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

The purchasing experience was excellent. I haven't received the furniture yet but if delivery goes like purchasing I'll be exceedingly happy. Charlie was so great to work with and helped me see all my options to pick out just what I wanted. I received my white glove delivery from Bob's and Jonathan and Julio were excellent.

The store was clean and everyone was very patient and polite. I had my autistic twins with me. Martin was very sweet and kind to them. Martin was very knowledgeable. My only suggestion is making the tablet letters and numbers bigger lol. Great visit we will be back. The delivery was amazing. Jonathan R. and Julio were very professional. They were patient and passionate(in a way) about making our vision work. Our kiddos were present and they were very kind to them also. Bob’s for the win.

Very happy with the whole experience. I was greeted in store by Caleb, shown exactly what I was looking to purchase for my space, the price was excellent, items were in stock. Everything was delivered & set up in 3 days! Fabulous customer service!

Great experience! And we found the perfect living room set. We even took our one year old with us and he was running everywhere and helped us pick his favorite couch. Our salesperson, Alex, was super helpful. The manager was awesome and loved seeing Axel. I can't remember her name but she was great. 5 stars all around. If you need furniture and financing, definitely recommend!

Caleb helped my roommate and I pick our new furniture. He was so knowledgeable, thoughtful, and diligent. He told us about how the company works and all of the services they provide and made the whole process easy and stress free. Initially I was on the fence about visiting, but this would be the first place I would stop for any furniture. The manager also checked in and was extremely friendly and welcoming. 10/10 service.
