Bob's Heating & Cooling

Not even worth one star. Absolutely horrible. My husband called him Thursday to fix our furnace he shows up claims he had to run back to the shop to grab the piece he needed. Never came back hubby called him said he would be back in the morning between 10-12. Never showed never answered the phone or returned voicemails. I had to hurry and find someone to come out on a Saturday mid afternoon. Only to find out this guy never knew what he was talking about the part he said was bad doesn't exist. It was an easy fix just had to order part. So he pretty much took our $60 It cost just for him to look at it and ran off. I suggest if you need heating and cooling work go elsewhere.

Absolute terrible would not recommend to my worst enemy . Called Bob to come fix a small leak I had in my ac line and refill refrigerant. Shows up and doesn’t fix leak proceeds to refill ac and overcharges it causing ac line and coil to bust and have multiple holes . Been giving me the run around for two weeks now saying he would come fix it then shows up without tools or parts to fix them leaves and doesn’t come back just uses excuse after excuse . Refusing to answer my text or calls on giving me my money I paid for him to fix . And too top it all off when he came to fix it he shows up piss drunk falling down my stairs and into a door . DO NOT USE BOBS HEATING AND COOLING . Take your money elsewhere if you don’t want ripped off by this crook .

This man was employed through my home warranty company to work on my furnace. First thing he says when he arrives at my house is that he shouldn't have even came because he hates doing work for the home warranty people because of the time it takes him to get paid. He then proceeded to look at my furnace and said he had to order the part. This was on a Saturday and he said he would have the part Tuesday and put it on. Monday i received a voice-mail saying he had to have chemo and would be down for a week and could not fix it till then. As upset as i was i felt bad at the same time. Then tuesday i had a message asking me to call and let him know if i was home so he could stop by and fix my furnace. Bob has always helped me out in my time of need. He's always very easy to work with and makes me feel like he is giving me a fair deal on any of my heating and cooling needs.

I have used Bob's heating and cooling in the past and just recently called him again. He has always treated me well. Very prompt service and a reasonable rate. Could not ask for more.
