We were very happy with the services provided by Mark from Bob's Locksmith Shop. He was able to fixate lockset on our twenty year old sunroom door by making a new spring mechanism so the door would latch. Since these old patio locksets are no longer available, we were so happy that he was able to get our door to remain closed without keeping it locked. Mark is a very knowledgeable locksmith and in all his years at this, has a wealth of skill that he brings to solve the problem. We are so grateful he was able to save the day!! very happy with Bob's. The personnel there is super nice, easy to work with and understanding. They were the only shop that had the right key for my application. I had to travel to 2 locksmiths to find the right key, and they had it. So great and fast service too. I really appreciate the quick turnaround, five stars for sure. Thanks again, and I highly recommend Bob's to anyone looking for a specialty application key or just any key for copies.

I did not get her name but I believe it was Bobs wife? Anyways she was extremely professional and polite. Had my keys finished fast and works great. Would recommend to anyone looking to have keys cut!
