Bob's Oil Burner Services

I recently needed service on my home oil burner/boiler. Every winter it starts making a thudding noise when it kicks on. I had asked other area vendors/service providers to address the issue. While they could improve it, they never really made it go away completely. This time, I called Bob and he was a very pleasant individual to talk with. It was so refreshing to speak with the actual business owner, not an answering service. Bob got me on his schedule and sent his technician Brian to check out the issue. He checked several things that could cause the problem that did not make any difference. Then he looked at the actual flame burning and noticed something wrong requiring a different nozzle (hollow vs solid). Presto chango. The problem is totally fixed. I will continue to ca

They came and did my annual service on my mother’s boiler and a day later the boiler wasn’t working and she had no heat or hot water. I called first thing in the morning and he called me back 3 hours later and instead of coming out to check the boiler or making a time to do so he wanted me to troubleshoot over the phone. I just wanted someone to cone out and check it over to make sure it was safe for my mother and he would not. I had to get another company to come and fix what they wouldn’t. I will never use or call them again and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!

I 've USED BOB'S TWICE IN 5 YEARS AND SIMPLY PUT THEY ARE THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS. Each time happened to be an emergency when time was of the essence and each time they performed flawlessly. I have also used other companies and there is no comparison. Try them and you will be pleasantly surprised
