Although this review is about nine months late, I still want to highlight the outstanding service I received from Jennifer Stearns at Bob’s Pools & Screens. My variable‑speed pool pump had been making unusual noises, and Jennifer stepped in right away to help. She coordinated the warranty process, kept me informed, and made sure the repair was handled quickly and correctly. Her professionalism and follow‑through made a stressful situation easy. I truly appreciate her dedication and the company’s commitment to customer care.

Our family had the pleasure of working with Bob's Pools for the installation of our new swimming pool, and I have to say, they did an excellent job! The tile work is absolutely incredible—it's one of the standout features of the pool. While there were a couple of minor issues that arose during the process, the team was quick to address them and took immediate action to ensure everything was resolved. In the end, the pool turned out even better than we anticipated. I highly recommend Bob's Pools for anyone considering a new pool installation! A special thank you to our designer Thom.

Bob’s Pools, thank you…. I would like to congratulate and thank the entire Bob’s Pool team for the wonderful addition to our home. From design, permitting and throughout the construction process, the staff made everything extremely easy. Bob’s Pools designed, built the masterpiece that we were looking for, it fit within our budget and expressed our personality. The pool, fire pit and bar area has exceeded our expectations. We feel like we live at a resort. Most of all, I look forward to the enjoyable times and memories that will be made here with our friends and family around this unique gathering place. We had an incredible experience working with Bob’s Pools & Screens on our new pool, deck and enclosure. From start to finish, every question we had was answered thoroughly and clearly — especially by our Construction Superintendent, Daniel Gioia, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. Daniel walked us through every stage of the process and made sure we understood exactly what was happening, why and when. For new pool owners, Daniel was very helpful and thorough at every stage of the build, helping us alleviate a lot of stress along the way! The quality of the work and the professionalism of the team exceeded our expectations. Mark was fantastic listening to all my requests and details and designed us the perfect pool!! Everyone is so impressed!!! Daniel has been amazing checking every detail and fixing anything right away that came up! They even got the pool in and completed before my grandson’s birthday party! We’ve been telling ever neighbor as they are so impressed by our pool and how quick they got it all done for us.
