Awesome,polite and knowledgeable service. Plenty of days you will experience the opposite as a customer. Today, I am happy with Bob's Septic. I appreciate the first great contact with Gina who lined the service up and dispatched the truck, to the young men who were so friendly and knew what to do. Charles was good with me asking questions and he had the answers. He and Nick were ok with my stupid jokes, potty humor is the best, some days. I know from experience with septic emptying, etc., they may need to know where to go, any payment details not covered with office. Both important and us, the customers part, is to be happy this service exists 🤩. Thank you. Good job Bob's Septic. My official place to call next time. Take care y'all. Frances
They lied about the price. Said they would do something for 200$ then charged me 250$ for it. Never going back.
