Bob's Septic Service

Absolutely awful experience trying to get services through Bob. We had called to get septic design- and mind you we are new to having septic at this new house that we bought on Woody Island. We aren’t exactly sure what all we need to do and we were in contact with somebody at this company who said bob would be reaching out to us. After a week and a half of not hearing, we decided to reach back out and we were able to speak with bob directly who told us that he was basically too busy to take us on and then was extremely rude when asking what it was that we needed in the first place. We had let him know that we tried contacting multiple people on the island to help us out with this because we haven’t heard back from anybody and he told us that if we’re trying to get multiple beds. Bob designed and installed a septic system for six bedrooms to serve two buildings and built a 600' driveway for us. When we had a leaking riser from the septic tank two years later, he promptly came out and repaired it. We had no problems since installation ten years ago. Cost for the system seemed very fair.

Bob and his team have always been responsive and professional in helping us resolve our septic issues from the home we recently purchased. It wasn't expected; but they have always answered calls and emails promptly, even on holidays and weekends. Would recommend for anyone on Whidbey!
