Bob's Septic Tank & Vacuum Service

Called on a Saturday to set up an appointment. It was during Memorial Day weekend so I knew there would be a wait. Website said they were open from 8 to 12. I called and a woman answered the phone and said “hello”. I didn’t know if I dialed wrong or what. She was rather rude and interrupted me to say they weren’t working on the weekend. I advised her I figured as much and just wanted to get an estimate for the following week. She took my number and finally called on Thursday the following week. I had already contacted Bond Services and septic was pumped that Tuesday. Learn better customer service skills. I’ll never bother you again.

Mr Bob came right out and helped me with a backed up septic system. I had the tank uncovered for him when he arrived and the process took about 15 Mims. 300 dollars well spent. Highly recommend.

Bob's Septic Tank Service was superior! I believe in supporting local business and I am so glad I called Bob! His wife was very professional on the phone. Checked his schedule and called me right back. She then verified the time he would be at my house. Bob not only removed the septic waste but went the extra step to verify that my plumbing was optimum. He discovered roots growing in around pipe was contributing to my situation as well as I hadn't cleaned my septic in 10 years. He showed me how to maintain my septic system and troubleshoot problems. He was very professional! I would give Bob's Septic 10 stars if I could! Thanks Bob!

CROOK!!!! I called and asked for pricing. I received an abrupt response, $350 if you write out a check and $300 if you pay cash. I got my $300 cash and ordered the service. And I know the deal. If you do cash, it does not have to be filed on taxes. He showed up, did his work and told me it was $400!!!. I said for what? His said because he had to dig. $100 to dig ten shovels was ridiculous. I told him that he and his wife quoted me $300 and $300 is what I have. He tried to further explain that it was a lot of digging. I didn't bother to argue. I gave him the $400 and decided a poor google review will suffice.

He is prompt on time, and is very professional and price is good! Would definately recommend.
