I hired Bob's Insulation to install fiberglass batting in a house that I am renovated. Bob responded promptly and completed the install very fast and did a fantastic and clean job, all for a fair price. I was very happy with his service and would happily recommend him for insulation work.

Bobs insulation was assigned to us for our Mass save project. They were extremely professional, communicative and got the job done in time. They kept us informed throughout the project and were very respectful of our time. They did a great job with the insulation and were an absolute pleasure to work with! 5 stars!

NO stars.. These guys were a bad deal from the get go. We hired them because MASS Save suggested them. As soon as they stepped into our home, all I could smell is body odor (I was across the kitchen). Then they needed to go upstairs in our home to see the attic and wore their dirty boots all through our home. I understand they may not want to take them off but they can buy boot covers. We have a clean modest home that we take pride in and would appreciate others respecting that. The work never was done by them because they were supposed to blow in some insulation to our attic and all of a sudden we have all kinds of issues that required addition work. Not from them!! thanks but no thanks.

Called for an estimate and Bob is belligerent. He managed to yell, interrupt and hang up on me before I could get "hi, I'm looking for an estimate" out. I did try to fit "is this Bob's Insulation" in there since it was just some dude screaming "helloooooo" into the phone, so maybe that was my bad

The best insulation guys. Very knowledgeable and great work.
