Bob's Wholesale Carpet

Done with this place. Gave many chances to make my issue right before reviewing. How many times can you screw up an install? Customer service is always slow to respond with some sort of an excuse. Most recently, no return call/text at all. Guess they’re tired of my problem. Fix it right the first time and you never hear from me. I’m easy to please. Very poor installation practices. Flooring between vinyl and carpet has too large of a gap. Multiple failures to install a transition strip properly. Seem mostly disinterested with doing it right; just stop gap repairs that fail quickly. I would advise anyone to find another flooring solution. I’ll certainly not go back.

horrible installation job, I told them not to leave 1 inch gaps in the padding and they did anyways, carpet has sunk into the gaps, and the broke every one of my door stops and left broken pieces in the trim wood now I need to hire a trim contractor to change all the trim the damaged, they did not leave any leftover carpet runners, I know they had left over carpet from over charging me for too much carpet. the lady at the store had an attitude when I called her about the problems.. I took pictures and have factual proof of the horrible work done..

We were referred to Bob's almost 15 years ago when our realtor suggested we give them a call, I have been referring them to friends and family, ever since. They've carpeted or done carpet repair in 3, now going on 4, of the homes I've owned. They're the first ones I think of when I am considering flooring. Their carpeting is quality, they're accommodating with their service, fair with their prices and easy to work with. Always a positive experience. Thank you, Sandy.

They are THE WORST! My mom prepaid to have carpet installed and has had it scheduled not once, not twice, but this is the third time! Always coming up with an excuse. Please save your money and time and go somewhere to people who respect your time and money because these people sure don’t! If I could leave no stars I would be that’s how bad they are!

The day of the installation they were two hours late. After 3 hours the installers only had the padding down and they left for the day. I had to insist they finish the job the next day. They did not sweep the carpet after they completed the installation. They did not install the correct color. I do not recommend this company.
