When they come over for regular spraying, they make a point to ring the doorbell and let me know they're on my property. They have an automated billing system so I don't have to mail in a check every month, and a professional receptionist for scheduling and billing. His prices seem reasonable to me, and I like knowing who will show up when I have an issue.
