Every aspect of my experience With the Boca electrical service was outstanding. Starting with the Customer Service personnel who answered the phone. They are polite, responsive and followed through on all of their commitments. Matthew showed up exactly when they said he would. Communication between the office staff and my family was excellent. Matthew identified the problem and solved it quickly with expertise and a great attitude. I will certainly use Boca electrical service the next time I have the need for an electrician.

Chris was excellent. He explained everything before the work started, efficiently replaced a bathroom exhaust fan, demonstrated the features of the new fan, and cleaned up well. Also, Abigail worked with us to find a good time, and kept us informed before and day of installation. Both of these folks were friendly and highly professional. I want to express my sincere thanks for the helpful and very useful experience I had with Boca Electrical Service. They guided me to contact other services before coming out.
