Larissa was wonderful, she always answered my calls and texts and patiently responded to all my many questions. Everything from start to finish was handled with complete professionalism. I recently had a small issue with a plank, and without hesitation, Boca Floors came out right away and repaired it— no fuss, no hassle. That kind of service is rare these days! I don’t typically write reviews for small businesses, but in this case I felt it was necessary to share my experience. While the final work completed was satisfactory, the overall process left much to be desired. Communication throughout the project was inconsistent, and the attitude I encountered at times was disappointing—especially considering this was a service I was paying for, not asking for as a favor. Clear communication is an important part of any service experience, and unfortunately that was lacking. Additionally, the workers on site did not speak English, which made it difficult to communicate directly during the project. I’m very disappointed with the quality of work I received. The floors failed after only one year, and there were significant issues from the start. The subfloor wasn’t properly prepared, resulting in visible bumps underneath the new flooring. There are also gaps throughout, which suggests poor installation. Given the high cost I paid, I expected much better craftsmanship and attention to detail. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.
