I hired this company for an emergency garage door spring replacement. They sent out a contractor the other day who came around 10:15 am (no way an emergency response) and I was charged $1,661 per spring, totaling over $4,100 with labor and tax. When I later requested product documentation or a manufacturer link to understand the pricing, I was told the springs were “company-made” and that no verifiable link could be shared. After questioning the price, communication became unprofessional, and documentation was refused. I recommend homeowners request written specifications, manufacturer details, and pricing transparency before approving work, especially in emergency situations.

These people are extremely unethical and bad . We hired them to fix our garage door where we call them on Sunday and they sent someone on Monday . They sent this company quick fix garage who were unprofessional and charged us $1,600 for a spring and gave us a quote after he replaced it . Never shared the specs for the spring . I am taking them to court for this malpractice as they were very unprofessional when my wife called them . I would strongly recommend to never hire them .
