Bode Floors

We had Bode Floors replace the bedroom carpet and the bathroom floor in our finished basement. We were working with Brandi. She was great. She came to the house and took the measurements herself and was very patient as we made our decision on which carpet and flooring we wanted installed. The installers were professional and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Bode Floors.

Bode Flooring has been wonderful experiences for us twice. The first time two years ago when our builder contracted them for flooring for a newly constructed home and this second time due to our personal choosing. The entire experience was perfect. The staff was professional, pleasurable, helpful, respectful, approachable and patient. We already knew their product was good and once we learned the well-respected Bode name was one in the same from where we use to live we needed to make the choice to call. We could not be more pleased! We needed to replace carpeting on stairways, second floor hall and primary bedroom. We had visited a number of carpet stores, and left feeling frustrated and discouraged. Then we discovered Bode Floors... the selection was impressive, Brandi provided patient, warm, professional guidance (insisting that we take samples home to see options in our natural light; and boy was she right!). Prices were reasonable, and installation was beautifully and professionally done (even with a very tight timeline that required Brandi's careful coordination). We are thrilled with the outcome!

Bode Floors did a great job installing luxury vinyl plank and carpet. I didn't love the selection of options at several other places we considered, but quickly found what we wanted in Bode's showroom. The salesperson was knowledgeable and the crews that did the installation were excellent. Very respectful of our home and did fantastic work. They paid attention to details. For example, we had some creaky floor boards under a carpetted area that had been noisy since the house was built, and they fixed those before installing the new carpet. Really grateful for how well this process went and the quality of their work.

The worst experience EVER! I choose BODE floors over other well known Columbia flooring companies based on reviews - horrible mistake! Initially, everything was fine. The sales team was responsive and knowledgeable. They had a wide selection of flooring and were able to get me scheduled quickly. Installation day is where it all took a turn for the worse. I asked the two installers to wear their masks (I have two babies at home), they appeared annoyed (as that request apparently "wasn't indicated on their information sheet") and they only complied for 1 of the 10 hours that they were there. However, the most upsetting issue was the damage that the installers caused to the house; they hammered through the drywall, causing damage to the ceiling underneath.
