BODEK INC.

Had an after hours situation that I needed to deal with and Bodek was fantastic. They were quick to respond, very pleasant and helped explain what was going on with the furnace so I could understand. Problem was fixed quickly and we are very happy! Will definitely use them again.

We used BODEK INC. for our Mitsubishi ac unit and we couldn’t be more pleased. Scott and Ryan installed the units and they were outstanding. They were very knowledgeable when it came to our questions etc. The units work great and the service was exceptional. Chris was also professional, accommodating and great to work with. My hot water heater died over the holiday weekend. Not only did Bodek complete the job ahead of schedule, the owner went above and beyond by completing the prework scope to make sure everything would go smooth. After the work was completed the installer reviewed the work that was completed which was BEYOND my expectations and below the quote that was given. When I saw the Bodek trucks arrive I knew I would be taken care of with respect and could trust the results & follow up. Thank you Chris & team!

Stay Away Boo.........They don't give customers hourly rates, we paid $1045.00 for 3.5 hours of work and there were no parts necessary in our service call. Their customer service rep told me the technician uses a metric to figure out pricing. Of course she couldn't explain this mysterious metric. Definitely call around for a more transparent source then Bodek.

Chris and his team were amazing. Competent, knowledgeable, on time, worked quickly. They were subcontracted by Trade Design Build during our home remodel and I will definitely be calling them again when a need arises.
