Boerne Grooming

Would NOT recommend. My baby came out with her left eye irritated and red, she was tearing for about 10 minutes. Her ear hair was burned from how hot they put the hair dryer in her. She came out almost dehydrated. When we dropped her off they put her in a nasty cage and the bed looked like it had been through mud and worse, the woman who left her there literally SHOVED her into the cage. Would NEVER recommend.

Excellent care. We were very very happy with our pups demeanor and cute cut.

The ladies who work here are exceptional with your furry babies. The prices are amazing. I have 2 chihuahuas and I take them here for bathing, anal gland expression and nail trims. I trust them completely. Highly recommend.

My Pom was ready for her summer cut. This place came highly recommended by several people that I spoke with. Since I am new in the area I decided to give them a try. What a mistake! To start off with when I made the appointment I was told that the grooming price included bath, cut, nail trim, fragrance and bow. My Pom is 15 yrs old and loves to be groomed. That is not what happened. I brought her in and was met by a certainly angry woman. She asked what I wanted. I told her that she needed a summer cut and everything that goes with that. She said so short right? I confirmed but I said not skin short but short. She took my dog and basically tossed her in a tiny cage on the floor. I should have seen a red flag at that point but I figured so many people had raved about the place so there mus

My toy schnauzer, Loki, looks amazing every time she is groomed. The price is right , the service is spectacular. I cannot imagine going anywhere else.
