I highly recommend Boes Water Well Drilling & Pump Services. Here's my experience - I began having issues with my deep well jet pump on December 26, I had very little pressure and my pump wouldn't shut off. I called a LOCAL PLUMBER and five days later, on New Year's Eve, he came out and pulled the jets and foot pump out of my well. After working to put the new parts down the well for about two hours he told me he could not fix my problem and I would need to call a well digger. When the local plumber left I had no water at all. I called Boes at 7:45 A.M. on Jan 2, nobody answered the phone and I didn't bother to leave a message on their answering machine. About 10 minutes later Matt, from Boes, called me and said I see I have a couple of missed calls from your number, how can I help

Matt identified the problem and had it fixed within just over an hour. He is professional, skilled, and experienced. I was thankful for him coming out on Sunday morning! I would highly recommend Boes Water Well Service!

If you’re looking for a family run business with the resources and technical capabilities as the big commercial places, Boes is it! I called Boes on a Thursday concerning coliform levels in my well. They squeezed me in on Monday - just a few days later and I live about a hour away from their office. That type of attentiveness to customers is something you just don’t find anymore. Matt (owner I believe) was extremely knowledgeable and professional and did the work on site. The well was treated, pump removed and wires replaced, and it was blown out…any bacteria that might have been in there before was completely neutralized! Where else can you get a well pump replaced in less than an hour at the quoted price. Did I mention it's 135 foot deep and the wiring and safety rope were also replaced. Talk about efficiency! They might have been faster if I wasn't trying to help.

The job was completed in a timely manner and area was neat and clean when he he left the jobsite. I will not hesitate one second to call Boes again if a problem arises.
