John , Chase and crew just put carpet in my house. John came out in a timely manner and gave us a very reasonable quote. Chase came out and installed the carpet. They did a great job and made sure we were happy with the job. The attention to detail was incredible. If you need new carpet don't hesitate to give them a call! Support your local small business ! Absolutely the worst place to ever do business with...late, unreliable, goes to other jobs when you have a set date and time for them to show. Then he talks to customers like you work for him.

Nice installation men who came to the house, however, painfully slow start to completion time. A little over one month from time of deposit to (finally) getting transition strips put into place. Poor communication. Office manager cannot answer the most basic of questions, and stays in her office to talk to customers at the front desk. Still have bubbles and bumps in this flooring. Disappointing experience overall.

Three months ago we had carpet installed. The job was never completed as requested and promised, and the owner, John Strickland, did not return an important phone call regarding another issue. I cannot do business with someone whose word I can't trust. We wanted to do business locally, but will take our carpet/flooring business elsewhere.
