The short of it: Unbeatable prices, good work but some things get left undone. Communication needs improving. Owner is a good guy and tries to keep good people in the business. Can't recommend without forewarning. The long of it: Good guy, unreliable business. Ghosted our community and we spent over $1000 correcting the problem BDLC created and left us with. Did good work for us previously but always something left undone that was agreed upon; creating otherwise unnecessary problems for us to handle. Took the last prepayment, request for refund went unanswered. It's fine if a business wants to focus on bigger jobs and margins but the current customers that don't fit that must be told so they can make other arrangements. It didn't have to come to this, but BDLC is no longer recommended to

Often doesn't show up when they say they will. Went an entire month without showing up when they were suppose to on multiple occasions. Then they completely ghosted me, and just stopped responding.

These gentlemen are top notch. Very professional and courteous. Their attention to detail is excellent. My lawn has never looked better. I highly recommend them. ~M. Reiss

Was very nice and knowledgeable but then stopped showing up and answering when we inquired about scheduled mows.
