Bold just finished a restoration and I could not be happier with the work, and especially the team below! Elisio was the Project Manager who supervised the entire reconstruction. He acted as liaison for all of my (constant) questions and was available and responsive 24/7. He was a great communicator, understood my expectations and concerns and was completely on board from day one. He constantly reassured me on design choices (providing options when I needed them, or he thought something would look good), and the standard of work he expected. I would highly recommend Bold Property Restoration. We had major water damage under the bathroom floor from a toilet leak that needed quite a bit of restoration work. Bold came out and thoroughly assessed the situation. They removed the damaged area, tested for mold, and then did a great job restoring the entire area back to good as new. They were friendly, flexible, and showed up on time every day, and they did outstanding work. They also made it seamless working with my insurance company. Had a water leak from my upstairs neighbor. They came out and promised work would be completed in 5 days it took two weeks. Keep in mind my unit is staged for sell. I would come and check on the unit every few days, All seemed fine. However, after the completion, I was asked to inspect my he work. What I found was appalling: entryway dirty/debris from the construction, paint and other materials glued on the floor, walls, and doors. Interior was dusty and paint on the doors. The walls that were removed and replaced don’t match the the original wall- it’s very clear they used cheap material. The look of the wall and feel undoubtedly different. Areas in the wall not completed properly- gaps between the electrical outlets and fire sprinklers. Now something told me to check my bathroom. I went
