Boles Pool & Spa

They poured concrete walkway and kanding area. Very poor workmanship, preparation and clean-up. Used a saw saw to cut my trex steps in such a way that I didn't see it right away until the next day. Luckily I had some extra pieces to repair their damages. They splattered concrete on my new paved driveway that I also had to remove with a pressure washer. Splattered it in other areas where it wasn't supposed to go. Complete amateurs, I do Not recommend. It was a massive cleanup. You use them, youll be sadly disappointed.

Wesley & Jackson are very knowledgeable and honest. There workmanship is the tops. They have always pleased my wife and I, we have used Boles Pool and Spa for two years for all our maintenance and repairs. We go no where else for our pool needs. Check them out you will not be disappointed.

I do not recommend this business. Unprofessional, not responsive. Set an appointment, then was a no call, no show. Caused me to waste valuable time. If Mr. Boles did not want my business, no problem..TELL ME THAT, and I will move on and find someone who actually has a desire to work; But no, Mr. Boles booked an appointment and then was very unprofessional by not only being a no show, but didnt even have the professional courtesy to take 5 seconds to send a text to advise he would not be showing up. At this point, Im glad he was a no show, because Its obvious that I dodged a bullet.. So I guess I really owe him a Thank you...He saved me from wasting my hard earned money on him and his so-called "Business" Im posting this here, on Facebook, Instagram, and all over Mount Airy, Westfield,

Extremely disappointed with the install of our inground pool. Wes and Jackson did an absolutely terrible job. Pool walls aren't square, railings and diving board aren't set properly and the bottom of the pool is extremely uneven complete with boot prints.

Tried to use this business to put a pool up and was told they would put it up at the end of June. It’s now the middle of July and they aren’t answering our call. After multiple attempts of trying to call and being ignored we decided to go with someone else. We called from a different number and they answered and we let them know we were going with someone different.
