Bolger Design + Remodeling

Mr Bolger and his team did a fantastic job with our sunroom. They were skillful, professional, punctual and friendly. It was great to see Mr Bolger personally involved in the project. He and his team advised us from time to time on the DOs and DONTs and the results can be seen in the pictures. We would highly recommend them for home remodeling projects. We ourselves will be using their services again in the future!

We have used Bolger Brothers for many years at both our prior home in Camp Hill and our current condo in Lemoyne. They are a pleasure to work with and always deliver high quality results. We recently finished remodeling three bathrooms and part of our kitchen. Throughout the process they were always available and responsive to our questions. They have access to skilled tradesmen/women who are proficient in electrical, plumbing, counters, tiling, painting and general construction. Their design team was extremely helpful in helping us determine exactly what was needed. I will never call upon anyone else for my future remodeling needs.

We hired Bolger Design + Remodeling to completely gut and remodel our master bathroom. The new bathroom is beautiful and the quality of the workmanship is outstanding! It’s exactly what we wanted. NO SURPRISES! Brian listened to our description of the look we were trying to achieve and made suggestions. We were provided with the work schedule which was flexible if we needed to adjust the timing. We experienced a smooth renovation with no frustrations or delays. The team of talented professionals was polite, helpful and cleaned up after their work. We couldn’t be more pleased with our new, beautiful master bathroom!

Bolger built a 280 sq ft room addition for our house and integrated it with the existing space. Brian, James, and the team were excellent to work with from the planning and permitting phase through construction and completion. When you start a project like this you expect the worst based on the horror stories you often hear. I was pleasantly surprised that there were ZERO big issues or challenges from beginning to end. What’s more, the subcontractors they used for electrical, drywall, and HVAC were professional and prompt.

I needed an existing structural main beam upgraded in my basement in order to remove a couple of old support posts so the living space could be opened up. Brian was great to work with from start to finish and had extremely reasonable prices for the material and labor. His team arrived on time on, was very friendly, and got the job done. I appreciated the attention to detail, as they worked the project exactly to the details that the structural engineer drew up and finalized. No corners were cut. I would use again.
