Bollinger Construction Inc

Someone, whoever it may be within the Bollinger construction company, aggressively cut me off on 140, so I took a photo of the company name on the truck(from a safe distance with 10x zoom). The driver then changed lanes from the left to right, slowed down, and started aggressively waving his hands around with an angry look on his face, as if to taunt a physical altercation. He continued for some time until we came to the next stop light, at which point he sticks his arms out the window and took a picture of me. I'm not an absolute idiot so I didn't engage with him. I just gave him space because he clearly seemed unhinged and looking for a fight. Not often do people cut other drivers off then get mad at the person thy cut off. Crazy times we live in. Reckless Driving! I was transitioning from 97N to 100W in the Glen Burnie area when this truck with the Bollinger Construction Inc logo on it (License plate MD 2CV8988, truck #59) rode up behind me and cut me off as I was trying to merge into the roadway. As he passed me, he took great pains to lean over and extend his middle finger at me, as if I were the one driving like a maniac. He cut me off and had to swerve to avoid the driver in the next lane because he was so erratic. I was going 67 mph at the time, so by no means was I sluggish or anything of the sort, especially if you know the curve that that stretch of road is coming off of. More reckless driving! Tried to run me off the road on 550 with my baby in the car!

Dangerous driver. Decided he wanted to cut across all the lanes and almost hit me on Route 28 in VA. I see others had the same experience.

Past our family vehicle outside of the catoctin mountain zoo, when we have two babies in the back seat. Our speed was approximately forty two miles an hour and a forty mile an hour zone. Unnecessarily dangerous.
