We called early this morning and they were able to send out a tech the same day. Christian showed up earlier than scheduled and was a tremendous help. He diagnosed & fixed the problem and helped us sign up for the annual program to assist with maintenance. He was thorough, very knowledgeable & respectful. This service call exceeded our expectations and we’ll be recommending to anyone who asks.

Ruben showed up exactly on time and was thorough in his investigation of my reported problem. Not only did he solve the issue I called about, but he identified a separate issue on my other AC unit that he was also able to solve on the spot. He explained everything very clearly, showing me multiple photos and videos of the inside and outside of my units where the problems were identified. Money well spent!
