When we signed up for service, they had mentioned (not promised) that it would last upto 1 year. After 3 months, all kinds of bugs started showing up. When I contacted them, they were responsive but asked me to take pictures of bugs and send them. I sent them at least 4. Now, they would blame it on weather, outside bugs, unlucky house and everything else under the sun. When confronted as to why outside bug did not show up for first 3 months after spray, they did not had an answer. Their response range from Mocking to Shouting.

Colby was on time, professional, and helpful in educating me about the warning signs of termite infestation. They also charged a very reasonable rate with no upselling. I'd recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely the best experience I've had with a pest company! Colby did a pest inspection on 2 homes before we bought ours. We loved working with him so much we had him come out seasonally for spraying. When we had squirrels getting in our attic he came out the next day and then multiple times to check the progress. The rates are so reasonable and the customer service can't be matched. I have recommended them to multiple others who had the same great experience.
