My roof was an absolute disaster with water coming through the ceiling. When asking people who had their roof repaired or replaced, Bonafide Roofing was brought up. I called and spoke with Justin Sorrows. He came out the same day and got a tarp over the damaged part. He came out to meet with the insurance adjuster to get things going. He worked with the insurance company as much as possible. Due to situations beyond his or my control, I needed to pay for the replacement myself. He did his absolute best to give me a really reasonable price. He and his team came yesterday to do a full rip off, replaced all the bad sheathing and I now have a beautiful new quality roof all completed in one day. Bonafide was recommended by two realtors I know. Our home is only 3 years old, however, the builder left us in a lurch with multiple water issues. Justin spent a gracious amount of time inspecting the roof before presenting a quote. The quote was fair and he delivered. Bonafide replaced a large amount of shingles with nail holes and re-roofed a section of the roof requiring roll roofing due to the pitch of the roof but had shingles instead. He also replaced poorly installed/poorly functioning gutters. We were close to experiencing a tremendous amount of water damage. A roof replacement is a big investment. I did a lot of research before choosing Bonafide Roofing. They are a family business in operation for many years and it's easy to tell why. They were professional and did what they said they would do. Their price was fair, and the contract was clear about what would be included. Justin walked us through every step of the way. His suggestion for the shingle to use was spot-on, and our roof looks great (the best in the neighborhood!). Walter was here to supervise the crew the entire time. At the end of the day, they cleaned up the job leaving it better than it was before they got here. I would highly recommend them for any job they promise to do.
