If I could leave 0 stars I would . If it’s your first time buying there they only allow a $500 dollar purchase with a debit or credit card because they are afraid you will commit fraud . Only way to purchase more than $500 is with cash . So if you’re in a bind and need plumbing supplies immediately as it usually tends to happen DO NOT COME HERE YOU WILL BE WASTING YOUR TIME. Additionally there is no manager available as he was in a “meeting “ . HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, Ferguson or Lehman will get you right if you need .

Horrible customer service been there serval times and every time is the same thing I really don’t know how there still open the people who work there at the front desk attendant should be there

Worst Experience I have ever had in My life, we purchased a new Bosch water heater from them and it did not work right from the first day it was installed. We called them and they told us have the electrician look at it again. We did and the electrician said it is the Water Heater. They refused to take it back until after 3 days of cold water. But they will not give us a refund or give us a new one. They made us call Bosch and create an RMA to get a used one while they hold the broken one. So now not only do we not have no hot water, we have no water period. They now also refuse to answer or return my calls. Stay far away from this company.

These guys are helpful and honest. Sat with me to figure out issues for an hour, and when they didn't have parts, looked up who did and gave directions. This is what good people running a good business looks like.
