Please believe the reviews. I've seen people roaming checking doors and looking cars. It had not happened to me until it did. My widows broken and stuff stolen. Its only a matter of time before you vehicle is victim too.

Place is terrible. Husband's car got broken into and the ignition ripped out and there are no cameras to even attempt to dissuade thieves. Cameras seem like an important investment considering the area the parking garage is in. Car was not drivable after that. Instructions from security were either unclear or incorrect..thought we were given allowance to leave the car overnight considering the cirumstances and came back the next day to a $45 ticket. Just to add insult to injury. Security then said that the ticket can be voided by the parking administration because they'll have the info from the report security made the prior day. Called the parking admin. and they told us that was completely incorrect - the ticket cannot be voided for any reason but instead we would have to go to trial to

It's a safe and convenient public parking for those, who like me, own an EV. Although crowed at times there's a charge station by ChargePoint. It's convenient for me, I feel safe leaving my car charging overnight because it is challenging at times to charge here during the day and that's because there is a sizeable amount of EV's circulating in our roads, keep in mind that there's about 400 EV's working as taxi cabs in the area.

Don’t park here unless you want your car broken into and windows busted out. This happened to myself and 20+ other cars last night. The city makes sure parking enforcement frequents this garage but the security camera they promised to pay for with revenue from parking have yet to be installed. Not safe.

The parking here is always plentiful and the meters can be used all day buy only charge from 7AM to 7PM. But you have to use the app, which is useful anyway.
