We've been a customer for three years at 2 different homes we've owned. At these homes, they've installed 2 pool heaters and 2 salt systems and have done a great job both times! After Irma, even though most folks didn't have electricity, including the owner, Brian, he went around to his customers and put in pool chemicals to make sure the water stayed as clean as possible even though the pumps/filters weren't functioning. I would not hesitate to recommend him!

This is a smaller company so it's the owner that you deal directly with, which I like. Also, I'm a small business owner so I understand that you can't always answer every call immediately. We had them install a new pool heater for us and they were great. Can't say enough about how well we were treated, the excellent work done and how happy we are. We recently added a pool heater and then had to deal with a suspected leak. We contacted Brian the owner of Bonita Beach Pools to provide an estimate/assistance in both cases. For the pool heater, Brian's estimate was almost double the cost of the supplier we went with, and for a water flow (suspected leak) issue Brian directed us to go somewhere else (we did and the end result was we needed a new pump). Brian appeared for the weekly pool cleaning today (usually it is someone else) and told my wife to find a new pool cleaning company - he was angry that we went with different pool equipment suppliers and told my wife his company doesn't make money on pool cleaning services. We dealt with this company for years and the owner Brian has a terrible attitude. He is rude ,sarcastic and makes you feel like he is doing you a favor. My husband left him a message 2 days ago and he never called him back. When I text him this morning he was rude and sarcastic. He has no excuse for not returning a customers call. We fired them. Dont waste your time with this company.

I called them to get an estimate today on my pool pump repair and he told me hes going to pass on my estimate. Who does that?
