I was highly impressed with the plumbing work Arthur and Peyton had done. It was quite a task but they jumped right in and knew exactly what needed to be done to resolve the issue. They were very informative throughout the process by explaining what had been completed and documenting it with pictures. It was getting close to the end of the day, but they remained patient, made sure everything was running as it should and confirmed that there were no longer any issues. Their work was clean and on point…definitely exceeded my expectations! Bonito River is a great company with a professional and knowledgeable staff!!

I can’t say enough good things about Bonito River Services! They're always so kind and easy, they get the job done and fast! I’ve had to have them do a lot of work through the years since, I’ve lived in this older house. They had to repipe with a jackhammer as these roots from a hidden old stump had broke through the pipes. It was a big job! Every one of them are always so kind and efficient. I totally recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

Jose the technician arrived very pleasant young man. Very professional and explained the process as he was working. He was incredibly knowledgeable about my heating system and water heater. He quickly diagnosed the problem and had parts on hand to fix it right away. The work was completed efficiently and the house was left clean. He gave me advice that the water heater did have to be replaced. It is a very old model so I agreed with him. I asked him a couple of questions and he was very pleasant in answering. Hopefully, when I get ready to replace my water heater and upgrade my heating system and cooling system, he’ll come along on the job. Jose did a great job. I have used Bonito River Services about a half dozen times now. The latest was for a hot water heater installment. Arthur, who has also fixed a outdoor water leak previously, came with Payton and even picked up the unit from the hardware store and quickly took out the old-broken unit and installed the new one without any issues. Bonito is a bit pricey but they do great great work.
