We are doing a 2 phase office renovation. We ordered the carpet for both phases months in advance of the phase 1 completion. When it came time to install the carpet in phase 1 they didn't have the carpet in the warehouse. They had told us that it was in their warehouse ready to go. Even with Covid shutdowns they had not verified the carpet had come in. They just assumed it had come in and then they had to scramble putting our project weeks behind. So when we started phase 2, we gave them a tentative install date. We asked them on 3 different occasions if the carpet was in and correct in the month of July. They were supposed to be prepping & installing carpet starting yesterday but they notified us at 4:51 PM yesterday that they had the wrong carpet. It has been sitting in their warehouse f
