Bonn Roof Care Salem

I want to update my review. During an atmospheric river event, my mom's roof developed a leak over the kitchen. It was two days before Christmas and with all the rain we received I was sure most roof repair companies would be busy. Bonn Roof Care had done such a good job for my mom earlier in the year, so I called them first. The woman who answered the phone was both kind and helpful. It was about 2:45 when I called and she explained their service members were out on jobs and with it getting dark so early there wasn't much time to send someone out. We might have to wait until the next day. In less than 10 minutes she called back to say someone would be out at 3:30. Matt and Matty showed up right on time. I didn’t have work done on my roof, but my neighbor did. I was in my bedroom getting ready for work as this incredibly arrogant crew worked on the neighbors roof. I heard a loud thud against my house that shook my bedroom window. I went out to the side of my house and found a hammer in my yard. I yelled up to the guys up on the roof and they acted like they were offended and inconvenienced by me telling them to be more careful because their hammer hit my house just inches from my bedroom window. At this time, I also noticed the abundance of debris and trash they’d thrown into my backyard, including nails, water bottles, and roofing shingles. I just called Bonn roofing to get advice for how to attach something to a concrete tile roof. I informed the woman I spoke with that I might hire someone to do the work. She told me she was busy and did not have time to talk with me about that. This does not seem like good customer service to me. Post edit: After reading the response from Bonn, I feel I left too kind of a review. I was asking if a certain kind of attachment could be used with their roofing material. After getting nowhere with Bonn, I contacted another roofing company that gave me the information I needed in less than 30 seconds. I hired a contractor to do the work. The job came out great. Did a great job on our roof however they left a mess on our deck and porch. Most moss was picked up, but a lot was left. Sides of the house were covered with black residue from roof.
