Bonnecaze Plumbing recently ran a new water line from the road to my home and I was very satisfied with the level of communication I received as well as the very competitive pricing for the job. They even made an additional repair to a previously damaged pipe I had and didn't charge me any extra for that work. I would certainly reach out to them again for future work. Dot was always very friendly and helpful.

Ronny is always quick to come out when there is a plumbing issue! He is very helpful and explains all options to fix any problem.

I called to have some work done and communicated when I needed it done by. They said they’d call me back to set up a time. They didn’t so I called them back the next day. They told me the same thing. This went on for several days. The last day I called them back, 5 days from my initial phone call, which was the day I needed the work done, they finally told me they couldn’t send someone. Just call me back the first day and tell me that, instead of stringing me along for a week.

I try to support local businesses whenever I can. I called last week and was told what day they would be able to come for service (4 business days later). I'm extremely patient, but they never called me back to confirm the day/time with me, so after waiting, I had to call another company.

One star is too much for this level of nonexistent customer service and poor quality pumbing work. Our home was left with unusable water pressure for over a week. When a job is completed and the customer has a complaint, some effort should be made to resolve it. They could not even be bothered to come see what the problem was, wanted us to agree to "time and materials" before they would even come see what they messed up. We had to have another plumber come fix the problem left by this unprofessional and unreliable company.
