Bonnie & Clydes Pools and Spas

I had called ahead to see if they had any Diatomaceous Earth & if they can help me find some parts to my Polaris 280 . A gentleman told me he will get someone that can help me . 20 minutes I was on hold. I do not live far and I drove to this location instead of Leslies Pool Supply . The store is pleasant however , there were only a few employees . I think the same old gentleman that left me on hold for 20 minutes! made a botched attempt to answer my questions and instead had to wait another 5 to 10 minutes and ask a younger lady who helped me like a gem . This older gentleman told me he had an issue with his brain . I do question why he still has a job & is not retired . I believe her name was Maddison . Thank you Maddison. My review would be a 5-star if she had assisted me instead .

Was sent here for warranty work on 3 mo old natulaus dolphin robo cleaner. The motor needed replacing and they got it repaired and back to me in 10 days. The last time I needed work on my old dolphin they seahorse in ftw charged me 100. B&c charged 22$. They are a great store with friendly knowledgeable people. Will now be using them for all my pool supplies and needs.

Better prices than Leslie’s, and the employees are far more helpful. They also offer to repair some cleaners and for a fee. Very knowledgeable, would recommend

not sure what day i went out there to bonnie and clyde’s, but Cory was unavailable and this older gentleman tried helping but it seemed like he was lost. I would highly recommend getting him a drug test because he was slow, and unhelpful and didn’t seem like he knew where anything was or what to do. Luckily, the assistant manager was with multiple customers at the same time and she clearly knows how to multitask and have her employees help her out. It’s almost as if she single handily helped everyone that was in there even when her employees had questions. She is incredibly nice and knows exactly what she is doing. thank you!! i do apologize but i did forget your name!! will be coming back just for your help!

I am so thankful for Bonnie & Clyde's Pool Supply store! It can be challenging to find supplies for above ground pools. They had what I needed and have great customer service! Chris is especially personable and helpful. I will be back! Thank you!
