We had a great experience at Bonsai Builders!! Kristin and Jason and the entire team were awesome from start to finish!! From the design to the completion of the project, I can’t say enough!! Everyone was professional and always on time. They left the place immaculate every day. Very happy with the finished product. Highly recommend!!

I want to say I never leave reviews because usually I am "NEVER" satisfied. But I got to say Jason came threw with everything he said to the T . All the workers were extremely polite and professional and treated my home with great respect. This was not a normal kitchen renovation it was started by another contractor who completely wrecked my kitchen and I was freaking out about the situation so I started looking for another contractor and was lead to Bonsai Builders .So I started talking with Jason , he was a little unsure if he wanted to take the job by talking over the phone so he made time that day to come and evaluate it for himself. He was here in less than an hour and started looking at everything and understood why I needed another contractor. He started to tell me how it could be

We highly recommend Bonsai Builders! Working with Jason and Kristin on our finished basement project was a total pleasure from design to completion - their team excels in everything: craftsmanship, communication, and care. And when town inspections (out of Bonsai’s control) messed up our schedule, Bonsai bent over backwards to finish the project on time. This project was our first with Bonsai, but it won’t be our last.

Dave responded quickly even though they were booked up, they were able to quickly accommodate the need to fix a dangerous stairway, by replacing the whole deck and stairs as requested. Trevor and the other gentleman with him,not only worked quickly but very quietly and were very polite and no bother. I am very pleased with the work. While there was slight aesthetic issues, they understood and had no issue remediating. Would use again and will likely do so.

Jason came over to discuss with us how to fix my kitchen after another contractor ruined my kitchen. He came over the day we called.. Discussed how to fix what went wrong.. He sent his team to start work a couple days later and within a few weeks we had a beautiful kitchen. I absolutely love it. Thank you so much . You all saved the day!
