We had a great experience at the Bonsai Kitchen Bath and Flooring showroom!! Kristin came up with a great design after I told her what I wanted. There were lots of options to choose from in the showroom. Kristin and Jason were very professional and helpful. Very happy with the final product. Highly recommend!!

In May 2024 we encountered a problem with the floor of our 20+ year old primary bathroom floor leaking. It took us until August to find Bonsai, as we navigated several other private and big name bathroom renovation companies. Within 2 hours of inquiring on their website, we received a call from Jason to hear more about what we were looking for in our project. He listened to our needs and our budget and he and Kristin visited the same week to see the property. At the beginning of the project, we clearly outlined what was most important to us: budget, quality, timeliness, and style (in that order of priority). Bonsai was up front that they wouldn’t be able to start the project until the new year, but they were the ONLY company that came close to the budget we had in mind and we appreciated
