We've been nothing but happy with Booma. Most recently we called to ask for some help balancing our steam radiators to help make one of our children's rooms warmer. They came by that day and balanced our radiators. We thought we were going to have to get a space heater for the baby's room, but Booma saved the day. Thank you!

I've been a customer for over forty years. This company is so professional I cannot understand the negative reviews. They are promptly responsive to every need you may have.

This company used to be called Down Oil, I use to love it for almost 7 years of service, and since he sold the company to Boomer, my nightmare beggings. These people charge for everything, not taking 100 gallons requests, and the new owner is extremely unprofessional. Only a secretary is a nice person. So sad this company treated clients like this. They overcharge and mistreat.

My wife and I have used Booma for nearly 30 years, and my parents used them for 20-30 years before that. Why? Their pricing and "partnership" with us is top notch! This was proven again this week when our water tank broke, so we had no hot water. Booma sprung into action and came to our house, and diagnosed the problem in hours. We were up and running within a day or so, and couldn't have been more pleased with their response and customer service! There's no question in our minds that Booma Oil is the best on the North Shore, and will be our oil provider forever! Thanks Booma team for an incredible job well done!

My experience with Booma has been great. They are very responsive and very kind. Hard to find those characteristics these days :)
