Bought a toilet from Lowes and Bootz was assigned the installation. Kim in the office was so helpful getting me scheduled right away and Scott installed the product quickly and with great care. Both were friendly and efficient. I wholeheartedly recommend Bootz Plumbing.

Very frustrating experience. Paid them $35 for simple back flow testing required by Manatee County. The tester should have put an approval tag on the back flow then and there, but claimed he didn’t have one with him, and that someone would come back in a day or so. Didn’t happen. Also, even though I paid the $35 when the test was performed, the company kept emailing me invoices. I attempted multiple times to get these matters cleared up with the owner, Kimberlee, who kept saying she’d get back to me, but never did. I also checked with the county to see if they had received the test results—they had not.
