Alot of experience with customers... Very polite , very helpful. I was looking for shingles... They were honest. Unfortunately they didn't Carry it. Gave me direction to who I could call for a certain product. They know what they have.... What others may have.... Knowledge of products... And kind people , I get the vibe over the phone....
