German is the most thorough, meticulous and friendly cleaner/ handyman that I've ever had the pleasure of working with. My home always looks and feels sparkling and fresh whenever he tends to my home. Further, he also paints amazingly well, and is my first choice for repairs in my home. Don't waste your time. There is a reason why he is cheaper than everyone else. He took two hours to clean my small bathroom that wasn't even dirty. After he saw we was upset he dropped his price from $110 to $60 which was a ripoff! These reviews have to be fake.
