Dennis in the office diagnosed my no water problems over the phone. Drove to office in Waseca and he had the part I needed on hand. A day before we had Christmas,Dennis truly saved Christmas for our family. Very personable and honest. Travis Bowman.
We woke up Sunday without any water. Called Born on Monday, they sent out two young guys (who were very polite and friendly) who knew just what to look for and had a new condenser replaced in about ten minutes. We had visions of having to pull the well, replace the motor, etc. Very happy with Born Well Drilling.
Well pump went out Wednesday night, Thursday afternoon they were at my house getting me a new pump. Very knowledgeable & friendly staff, cared for my needs. Would recommend!
Had an issue with my well pressure tank and they came out right away and fixed my issue. Very knowledgeable staff! Would highly recommend for anyone that has a well.
Beyond impressed with the prompt return call and service time ! Went from no water at all to back rolling in a couple hours would 100% recommend’
